When I get asked "What do you do?" I say that I am a Health Educator. There is a lot that goes with that but one of my first big projects is the Eat Well Waco program. The City of Waco has just started the program and I was asked to interview about the program. Its about 30 minutes but if you are interested in "what i do", this might be helpful.
Wow. Very impressive. I think you are ready for television next. Brice even wants to go to the Epicurean after hearing all that! Bring on the kale chips. Thanks for putting this on the blog. So proud of your work in Waco!
